“Primorsky” Housing estate, 98 m2 (package “BUSINESS”)
For whom
The apartment is designed for a family with two sons aged 9 and 18.
A task
The main task was to plan the space so that there would be a large living room kitchen area, privacy space for each family member, a working area in the parents’ bedroom, a separate wardrobe and a laundry room. We managed to place all this on an area of 98 m2, taking into account all the ergonomics rules, that is why every centimeter is really functionally involved in the space, while the interior looks light and stylish.
